Our workshop capabilities
At Shipyard Supply Co, our 600-square-metre workshop is fully equipped to handle complex fabrication, finishing, and assembly.
It offers state-of-the-art facilities for precise, high-quality projects. Our fibreglass and carbon prepreg workshops are supported by a 2024 Romer oven, ideal for curing advanced composite materials.
We also feature a 10m x 3m Haltec spray booth for large-scale applications, with integrated Reactor 2 E-XP2 Elite Proportioner and air compressor systems for flawless paint and polyurea finishes.
The latest addition? The Infinite 6010 – a CNC machine that cuts, shapes, and assembles materials with precision. It’s fast, reliable, and ideal for repeat jobs that demand accuracy.
Additionally, our hot table, finishing and assembly spaces, and gantry cranes (2 and 3 tonnes) ensure efficient and seamless project handling from start to finish.
